Agreed. Clay looks extremely confident in himself tonight. As much cap as I give him, one of his positives is he can turn it around quick. He has a bad game and learns from it... looks awesome tonight.

The O's lineup wears out pitchers, and they are missing Adam Jones. You can't give them any outs. That Swihart error could result in a big inning that buries us.

The middle - Bucholz, Kelly, Porcello - is soft, inconsistent and vulnerable to the long ball. Who cares what slop is thrown out there as 5th starter. Those three are the make or break of this team's playoff aspirations.

To be fair, they expected E-Rod to be a #3 (at least) and his injury definitely put a dent in things. I was expecting big things from him, but yeah another starter was definitely needed regardless. Kelly and Porcello are awful.. At least Porcello only has 4 years 80 million left! Him, Pablo and Rusney are really earning their paychecks.
