What's the purpose of shaking things up? They'd have to go on a massive tear to get back in it. There's no Morgan Magic this year.

 

True enough, but do they really want to just play out the string, lose around 95 games and accept being the most disastrous flop in franchise history? Have to at least change the manager and start playing a better brand of baseball.

I'm not concerned with this year any longer. And I wouldn't think of getting rid of the manager unless is was so bad. But it has been bad two years now. This is dismal.

 

Farrell brings a certain attitude, and it isn't working.

 

A new coach probably isn't going to get this team to the WS, but it would be different from the status quo, which is dismal.

 

We can't keep doing the same thing over and over again with the same people and expecting different results.
