How about some fundamentals Webster? Maybe pay some attention to the runners to keep them at first and second with the double play in order. For crying out loud! Your catcher has a gun. Just give him a chance.

The walks are inexcusable. They always lead to runs for rookies. Don't give opportunities, make them earn it.

I have seen enough of him. Small sample size and growing pain excuses just don't cut it. He is never going to be a star with the bat. The only question that remains is whether he can do enough to stay in the bugs.

yes. Dempster and Peavy both mastered the art of pitching just good/bad enough to lose.

4 walks by Webster. The kid has no command. It's just the 4th inning. Follow that up with a will pitch. Kid sucks.

Not tough at all. If it comes down to Vazuez or Swihart it is Blake by a slam dunk. He is almost as good as Christian on defense and has power and hits for an average. If we could get Swihart in another position we could have both, BUT WE NEED HITTING AND WE NEED SOME POWER BAD!!!!! What I'm going to say is not a knock on Drew. He still is hitting s***** but has played good SS for us and has gotten a few hits, but he is not in our future and that is what we have to consider right now. We need to get that baby Xander back at SS. This time I'm not sure he is going to start hitting when returned there as I was earlier. I think the kid is mentally weak and not tough at all. We do need to see if he can handle it , which I now doubt and we need Middlebrooks to give us some badly needed power and see if we can finally get him to show the ability he showed when he came up in mid-2012.
