True, maybe with a proper warm up he wouldnt have. I guess the tought process was, according too farrell, the astros are a young team who havent seen many knuckleballers and because of that, predicted he might have had some good success.

At least in my case.....I hate seeing knuckleball pitchers in relief. Maybe one of the things that Wake will be able to take to his grave was his ability to both start and have decent success in relief as well. I really have no idea how the hell he pulled that off.

Its only the Stro's but man....when he came in Don and Jerry were saying that the Sox would piece together the rest of the game which made some sense. Piece together nothing. It has been Britton and more Britton.

 

It was a night when the Sox had an opportunity to figure out what they possibly had in Wright as a starter. They found out they did not have a starter and did not have a catcher for him either.

 

If anything Britton has been the positive note on the evening.
