Nava did a hell of a job improving. I was not a fan of his defense because it used to suck, but he improved. And now his offense came around. Didn't he work with Pedroia or someone like that this offseason?

Nava has a nice compact swing, good for Fenway short porch in left with his inside out serving.

WMB's defense has improved tremendously in one off season as well. Both made giant strides on one off season.

 

I think it was Nava that went out to Arizona to work out with Pedey. Don't think he was the only one that did that.
