To make things worse, I got the date wrong when I made the game thread.

What you or Jopete or 700 Hitter or iortiz or I do will have nothing to do with who wins tonight. The Red Sox must remember that Monday's high is over and now it is time for business again. I can only use the Dodgers out where I live as a perfect example of getting your feet touching the ground. Like us they won a dramatic game on Monday. Their fans were high, the players full of spirit, the announcers cheery, the owners out of their minds. Last night, not to good. They look like death warmed over, no spirit in the dugout, the fans laid back and cheering at pop flies, and they were made monkeys of by Madison Bumgarner.

THIS MUST NOT HAPPEN TO US TONIGHT. NO RUBBER MATCH TOMORROW. TONIGHT WE ONCE AGAIN WIN!!!!!!!! The Red Sox players must dig in and make a statement and if they do they will win tonight.

Once Drew comes back it will be interesting to see who Farrell goes with. The sox signed drew to a 9 million contract for one year so it will be pretty hard to see him on the bench (a signing I disagreed with). If this is supposedly a "bridge year" that these so called "analysts" are saying it will be, than why not give the full time duty to iglesias and see what he can do. The 9 million could have been spent elsewhere.

onlybereaved is a no show.

If they lose, you two should be banned from starting GT's for a few months. Maybe a year ban for OB.

If they win your GT, it's your duty to make the next GT.

Another thing that might go unnoticed is how lucky sox fans are to have the commentators Jerry Remy and Don Orsillo they make the game more enjoyable
