I kinda' think LL does get smacked around pretty good for his part in this fiasco and deservedly so. It does not appear to have any impact in his relationship with his boss because LL fulfilled his primary responsibility...printing $$$$$$.

That just shows how wrong you are, again! The O's signed Albert in 1998 when Larry was with the Padres. And the Padres won the NL championship when Lucchino was CEO in SanDiego.
