Not to be mention it'll be like we traded for a f***ing Allstar team when CC, Ells, and Bailey get back. Plus if we can take 2/3 from Toronto we'll be able to pick up some games on either Baltimore or Tampa.

If we can keep just winning series we will be right in there; in fact, we will be ahead of the pack. We aren't going to play .700 ball forever, but if we can manage .600 baseball from here on out we will compete for the postseason. And yeah, getting our injured guys back can't hurt...its still about the pitching. I would love to see us get Garza or some other solid SP for Youkilis and send Bard to the pen after Morales is released.

Yup. It sucks being in last place, but if we were in 2nd place and 3 games out, we'd all be thrilled. Point being - 3 games out is fantastic based on where we were just 2 or 3 weeks ago.

But it's a lot harder to leap over four teams to get to first place, than to leap over one or two. Not saying i'm not happy they're so close to first place, but it'll be difficult to pass all four other teams.
