I just want to point out that both Ellsbury and Youk got off to miserable starts last season' date=' but then ended up recovering. I am not worried about either. They are both great hitters, they will figure it out.[/quote']

I wouldn't say Youk ever recovered.

I have MLB TV BUT Since I live in Canada they black out the games when they play Toronto

Stupid blackouts. We pay a lot of money for the service. We should be able to watch whatever broadcast we want no matter were we live.

That was a yukky half inning.

What is up with this ump though. Its a strike..... its not a strike.... what the hell is it?

I would be OK with it if he would just give Bard that s***

I mean, you are pretty much just wrong. He came from like .200 average at the end of april and brought it up to .258 with good power. It wasn't the best season, but he certainly was a force in the lineup.

He hit .191 with a .667 OPS in away games. He was a product of Fenway Park, and even more so, a .258 isn't "recovering" when Youk was a career .294 hitter until 2011.

He needs to be more than that this year.

He was hitting around .275 before injuries took there tolls... It wasn't his worst season, but he wasn't horrible. Until he was injured, which has been a huge problem.

I really think Youk was more effective as the kind of hitter he was before. I don't think he can really be one of these 250 power hitter types.

I would like to see his walk totals up there as well.

Not for me. College students don't have a lot of income.

High school student. I brought it every year myself for the past like 3-4 years. I always save up before time. Now that I have a job though I can buy it in a week's worth of work. Do you have a job?

What the f***? I work 15-20 and make about 100+ every week. I make 8 an hour but even if you make minimum wage you should have enough to buy MLB.TV. You don't have to get it all at once. Save up a little bit of your paycheck every week.

scoring first doesn't mean you're winning the game.

Of course not, but the percentages certainly decrease when you're playing from behind on a constant basis.

Damn that pitch was up in the zone and down the middle with an 0-2 count. Did that a few times in ST also. Wish Salty was more help than he is also. Geez he is a tool.

I have bills too. Phone, car, gas, food, school books.

I'm lucky enough to have got it as a Christmas present, but if I didn't I'm not sure I'd be able to afford it either. I work part-time but there's other stuff that comes before MLB.tv.

Meanwhile, that was a long delay.
