Guys, I have been on this site for a long time and most of the time, it's Yankee vs Sox fan fighting, which is actually kinda fun. But this whole FO ballwashers and chicken little's fight needs to end. It's killing any sort of conversation about the game. The only good threads nowadays are the fitness threads. We know which one of you guys thinks Ben rode in on a golden chariot and which one of you guys thinks John Henry is laughing while the sox burn. We get it. Move on.

Great thread Jacko. I can do without ANY of the "you are an idiot" or the "crawl back into the hole you came out of" comments. For my part, I have NEVER initiated that kind of stuff and never will, but I always reserve the right to respond to it.

The reason Jacko started this thread is to cut the crap. Why do you have to go on with it? Lets keep the discussions about baseball and if you don't like a post, just ignore it, or debate it. Its really not that hard to refrain from getting personnal with others here, is it?

Went over to sauxheads and I personally saw why this jackasses were so despised by every board they go to. A friend of mine told me how they were disliked at dirtdogs, sauxheads and didn't last a week in some new board. All they do is suck each other's dick all day about how intelligent they are and how stupid the rest of the world is.

A wakeup call Jacko. We all need to get back to baseball. I got the message loud and clear. Of course, there really is no other way to go anyway. This is the team the Red Sox have and we have to go with it and root like hell for them come what may while you carry the Yankee torch. It is time we all move on. Truth be told, I am looking forward to this season. Last year we were underachievers; this year let the Red Sox be overachievers.

I was glad to see this today, I've been around here since 2005 and it's really hard to tolerate some of the senseless crap that has been going on. I typically like to engage in off-season topics, but I hardly could this year with all of the bickering and personal attacks. I am very excited for the season to start, and will be contributing to this website once the games begin.

Well, historically this board has had it's share of nauseating childish behavior. It seems to run in cycles. There is really no reason to make personal attacks. If you have a point to make just state the facts or opinion. People can voice their opinion in response without calling names and being rude to other people. There is just no justification for such immaturity.

PG was more reasonable and less antagonistic than Muggah. I didn't mind Pumpsie, and I don't mind Fred. Elk and Bell and Boomer are all good posters though who seem to have come from "the other site".

Actually, I believe that he hails from Cape Coral. I am not sure. But yes, I saw the last few seconds of his address. He looks old and fat! Yikes! s*** happens. It was good to see him, though.

It's just when they stand on a pedestal and insist that theirs is the only valid viewpoint that I take exception. I am always put-off by anyone that has an inflated sense of self worth.

Individually, they can be tolerated some what. But they have that "pack" mentality. When they are together, not tolerable, at all, IMO.
