Where the hell was Jeter? I wanted to see them try and justify yet another undeserved GG.

Here's hoping Ellsbury can hit his own trifecta.

GG, SS, and MVP.

Gold Gloves are a load of s*** this year like every year, just wait for the Fielding Bible Awards everybody.

One thing in particular did disturb me though, how the hell did Gardner not get a gold glove? I understand that the picks are almost never correct and usually only because of their offense and name status, but Gardner's 2011 was one of the best ever for a Left Fielder, and the very best since we've seen since Barry Bonds in the 80s.

What a joke.

they were bang on with Pedey , Ellsbury, Agon , Beltre .

Not sure how the f*** Aybar won at SS and Nick Markakis at RF

I also actually agree that Gardner should have won it over Gordon

Agreed.

Ellsbury isn't the best defensive CF in the AL.

Meh' date=' uzr isn't perfect and the best defensive CF in the [b']AL makes that catch vs Baltimore[/b].

You cant judge his GG on one play , its for the year.

If you judge things on one game then Papelbon sucks ass as he's blown the last game of the season the last 2 years when it mattered the most

Thanks for the heads up, I disagree with a few of these but they are a far better reflection on what people who know a lot about baseball think than the gold glove. Plus anything with Gammons turns to gold.

Agreed.

Ellsbury isn't the best defensive CF in the AL.

Best defesnive CF in the AL catches the ball that Ellsbury dropped as he ran in to the wall against Baltimore.
