I think your wrong on this one. He made that play close and only dropped it when he hit the wall. That wasn't going to be an easy catch. He deserves props for making that one close.

This is beyond awful. I was in utero during the Bucky Dent shot and the '78 collapse, I've seen some incredibly tough postseason losses, but never a regular season collapse like this. Wow. No clutch in us whatsoever until the 14th inning, and we have nothing close to an ace right now. An ace would not blow two leads and then give up four runs with two outs. I would love to have a starter where we can have a 1 - 0 lead, 2 - 0 lead, and feel like he can hold it. I live in Delaware with a lot of Philly fans, and I always tell them they have no clue how lucky they have it.

 

I have a feeling my worst nightmare might come true, a one game playoff in Tampa.

I was killed ALL SEASON for hating on Salty. In the biggest game of the season he strikes out, hits into a double play, pops up on the first pitch with a runner on first and throws a ball wide of the second base bag by 5 feet and cant block a ball coming in from the OF to allow another run to score.
