The Rays cant seem to hit the Yanks, and like I said earlier, I've watched the Angels-Rangers games being from TX, and the Angels just lie down for the Rangers the way we lay down for the Rays....

Did people think we liked realizing that they sucked it hard and saw this coming after the first few games this month? We tried to prepare them, and now they are emotionally crashing. I did my puking during the first Tampa series.

I also felt like this first 10-15 games showed this team had serious issues...even with crap-k healthy....worried big time about beckett and lackey. beckett came on, lackey never did. worried big time about the pen, too many guys past their prime, and injury prone, that certainly bit us in the arse. A-gon was as advertised, Papi's played like the mid-90's. pedey good, ellsbury great, so no doubt some real reasons to believe...but between the injuries, sorry managing in many games (stop making excuses for francona people) horrible timing with the hitting, and horrible defense....and you have what we have now...

Wakefield is pitching one of those games. We are so bad now that the only hope that we have is that the Yanks lie down for us because they want to knock the Rays and Angels out of the playoffs.

If we make the playoffs it'll be because we played our ass off all summer long. And we'll deserve it just as much as anyone else.

 

If they make it. It wont be because of effort either. Sox can thank the Rays for going on a sucking streak once in the season.

 

The Sox had a terrible start and a horrible finish. If anything they deserve to be booted. If they make it it will be because they lucked out and will only mean they will get swept concecuently in the playoffs.

To me it will be just the second. My Spurs let me the f*** down. Had the best record in Basketball only to be defeated by the lowly Memphis Grizzlies. I feel your pain.
