I got your point. I don't want to disrespect you, but again, which posts would be acceptable when things go this bad? Or you just better do not post? Nobody can judge that IMO, so... if someone complains about the game, and only about the game (players,umps, plays, etc), I don't see anything bad on it, at bars with your friends happens all the time, right?, On the other hand, when you make personal attacks to another posters, that's something else. Every single person reacts or "overreacts" in many different ways, but in the end it is just a game and the idea is to get fun, so... enjoy it, and just ignore those posts that you consider that are bad!

Who did I attack? I do ignore it most of the time and usually stay away from GT's in these cases. Bottom line, bitch all you want. And if you have fun doing it, have at it. It ruins GT's IMO. I have to say, I wouldn't refer to another human being as a "piece of s***" unless they were a terrorist, child molester, murderer, rapist etc.

The Gerbil was the manager in 78

Ralph Houk came in after him in the early 80's and Johnny Mac took over in 84 or 85, i believe. Zimmer is the first manager i remember, before him i'd have to look it up but i think darrell johnston preceded Zimmer cuz he was manager when they went to the series in 75

 

Houk managed through 84. Still remember his 85 Topps card.

 

The first manager I loved was Joe Morgan though.
