Anyone ever order cheap (read: fake) Red Sox jerseys?

Just curious. Sorry if this thread is against the rules, feel free to delete. I am a damn poor college student and I can't afford the $200 for an authentic anymore. I already have a real authentic home Pedroia, but I want a Gonzalez, Youk, Crawford, or Ellsbury jersey. Probably a grey, navy, or a red would be nice to add to the collection.

 

Anyone know sites with good quality Red Sox jerseys?

You should get a player T shirt. It's basically the same thing and you can get more. You can get an A-God, Ells, Youk, and Crawford basically for the price of one jersey. I don't know but that's just me.

Yeah I have 7 player shirts, one for each day of the week. In fact, they are the only non-work shirts I own. I have Lester, Youk, Pedroia, Ellsbury, Papelbon, Beckett, and Varitek.

 

I also have a Saltalamacchia T-shirt, which says Saltalam on it, and a Mexican gentleman I hired to walk next to me holding a small sign up to my shoulder that reads "acchia".

Modell's sells replica jersey's of Pedroia/AGon/Youk/Ortiz/Crawford/Ellsbury/Beckett for a $100 each, if that's still too expensive though you're probably better off getting the player T-Shirts

Oh, I have loads of player t-shirts. Almost everyone on the team. Unfortunately for some of the harder to find players you must go to the Yawkey Way Store where they're more money, but still.

 

I actually prefer the unbuttoned jersey with player shirt underneath look. Especially when it gets a little colder....and I anticipate lots of October baseball this year.

 

But you just can't beat the ~$30 for the "authentics" they make in China or wherever. Some are pure trash but when you get one that's good quality, it's unbeatable.

I have 2 "FAKE" Patriot's jersey's all stitched ,One a Randy moss Blue Home jersey and Brady Red Throwback you buy it at the pro shop it's $250-$300 ,I paid 40-50 ,Today i just got a Gronk Home Jersey for 51.86 with tax and shipping .Everybody always ask me how do i afford them and s*** cause they look so real.

Alternatively, if anyone owns any authentic jerseys they don't want, PM me, even if they're worn, as long as you don't smoke.

 

I'd prefer current players though, or at least iconic ones from 2004 or something like that.

Go on Ebay and look for used jerseys. Or just get a classic player's jersey so you don't have to worry about always updating and just spend the $100-$150 one time.

Just get a few classic jerseys like a Mo Vaughn or a Ted Williams. You will only be able rock the Youkilis and Pedroia for so long. Don't worry about the authentics although the cool base jerseys feel great on those hot day games.
