Yes i think it was 2008 when the Rays made the WS. He would continually run Timing ou there it close games when Timing was awful

I'll assume you mean Timlin and if that's the case he used Timlin twice. One was an 11-3 blowout at the time and in the other game he was the 7th pitcher of an 11 inning game. If that's the "worst" decision he's made in the playoffs then he's a damn good manager.
