I agree with you on almost everything, except South Park. I don't really consider South Park to be deep at all. Sure, it has a lot of forced messages wrapped around 8 year old kids swearing at each other and various gross imagery, but I consider a show deep when it combines message and humour. South Park has both, but they are not together. The Simpsons and Futurama do a much better job at blending them both, and are a much more intellectually stimulating type of humour than either South Park or Family Guy. I'd put South Park at the bottom in that category with Family Guy slightly above it, then a huge gap, then Futrama and the Simpsons.

 

For the record I have all of the DVD sets. ;)
