f*** this park. This is the shittiest stadium in the MLB. I'd rather play at the Trop than Oakland.

As a fan, you can't complain about $1 bleacher seats on wednesdays and garlic fries. Pre 9/11, you could even bring in a cooler full of whatever.

The A's have wanted to move to a new stadium (outside of Oakland) for years, but have been having massive trouble relocating.

So I'm watching the A's broadcast and they said they talked to the umpires after the game last night and on the play involving Mike Cameron where we all thought it was called interference wasn't. The umpire called Mike Cameron out for swinging at the pitch and signaled safe to the 2B umpire, meaning their was no interference, the umpire at 2B just called Ellsbury out at 2B, which is complete ******** because Ellsbury was safe by a mile.

They mentioned that on the Sox broadcast too. Ridiculous. MLB needs to look into s*** like this. The Umpiring has been terrible this year. And I don't even usually bitch about umpiring, but it's been downright atrocious this season

Nope. Not just you. Pedey is on track for 110 K's this season.

He's swinging and overswinging at s*** low in pitches. He need to go opposite field against lefties, not pulling the ball.

Why am I not surprised? That's exactly how I saw it last night... that crew should have returned their paychecks for f***ing up that bad.

Exactly. The ump pointed at Cam calling him out on the swing, then signaled safe as in "no interference" and then the 2nd base ump looked at home plate, which I thought was to see if the home plate ump called the strikeout or a walk, so the home plate ump signaled out, and the 2nd base ump assumed it was interference.

That's what it looked like to me, anyway. Boy I'd hate it if they actually walked 60 feet a piece and talked about it. But that would never happen. That would actually require exercise.
