I think I'd be okay with Mcdonald in left field, Hall in center, Cash at catcher, Atchison for the 7th inning, and Wakefield as the 5th starter right now.

With so many aspects of the Sox way out of kilter - pitching, hitting, fielding - doesn't this all point ot the fact that the Sox were just not mentally prepared for this season? Love him or hate him, Tito seems to have lost this team in ST. I don't see how anything will shake up this team as much as replacing him. He continues to press all the wrong buttons with a veteran team. This is fast becoming a Lost Season where mediocrity will be a vast improvement over ineptitude.

Fran-coma has totally lost this team...but it's not entirely his fault..the team chemistry is awful.....they are, for the most part, a bunch of spoiled veterans who really don't care...they have their contracts...they have their money...with a few exceptions, there is no passion...no emotion...this is going to be a very long season and there really is a good chance they will be a .500 team and finish 4th in the East.....and, if that's the case, with the contracts out there, that's what you're lookin' at for a few years to come.....so you guys can all blow smoke up your asses and keep telling each other how these guys are really good and will turn it around (and they may, if they lose a few of these clowns..), but the fact remains that they are now vastly inferior to the Yanks (even with their problems) and are not a very good baseball team...probably in the bottom 5 in the entire league.... IS THIS BETTER, REDSOXFANFORLIFE305? It's the best I can do with the facts......
