They have a similar skill set. But how is that a logjam? Both of them make things happen.

 

Logjam in numbers for our OF prospects, similar skillsets means that it's not as beneficial to have them both since one will not be at the top of the order (since neither would be best batting 3rd, and batting two lefties in a row isn't a good idea). Unless the Sox were to have good hitters in the bottom of the order as well, the LF spot would be better filled by a power hitter IMO.

There should be a Constitutional ban of cowbells in baseball!

 

Perhaps the fans could switch to vuvuzelas. It could be a Florida thing.

I agree to an extent, but I'd want a good power hitter not just some schmuck with no glove and nominal power if he cant hit ATLEAST 25-30HRs then its not worth it imo, its not like dumping ells somewhere else would save us any salary anyways, and Crawford has a little more power than ells so they arent precisely the same.

yea it does

 

i hate the rays just cause of their fans and how freaking gay they are ringing cow bells and s*** none of them were rays fans back when they were the Devil Rays and most of them are not going to watch them Next Year Once they lose Crawford and more

that's what my buddy was telling me he goes to alot of the games down there and all there fans do is run there mouth the whole game .

 

that's why i don't have respect for them and team like baltimore there fans don't talk s*** and love to talk baseball and not s*** at the games

If they weren't in the AL East, I'd feel sorry for them more than anything after their FO puts together a terrific team that wins games, and no one ever cares enough to attend the f***ing games, meaning that their success will probably end up being ephemeral.

But they're in the AL East, so they should GTFO next year and let us take care of the Yankees.

Every time I go to the game when the Red Sox are in town, almost every time they are in town, I always get someone calling me a dick smoker or something just as stupid, that's without me saying anything.
