we need more stolen bags. this kid can steal bags therefore he should be in the lineup now if only our pitching could throw some strikes

The bottom line with this is that it was a low risk signing. If he does produce some runs for us then it was a good move.

Ells is a vital part to our run production. when he is on base he is always in scoring position. 70 stolen bags in a year is pretty good too

He has came through in many situations with runners on base this year....i think there is a word for that. Clutch but not big papi clutch. heh

We are really missing him this season. We are last in the MLB in Stolen Bases. last year he had 70.
