Five cigars and a few drinks later and I still made it class on time the next day and successfully talked my teacher out of making us take a quiz.

Unfortunately I went straight from championship watching to paper writing, so I never got a chance to really celebrate too hard. So I made it to class on time today.

Drank a couple of beers and had a victory cigar, went to be around 2, woke up, didn't feel like going into work so I played sick and enjoyed the day off. And tomorrow is a normal day off for me so I can still be around the the parade!

Day and night you talk, each word more stupid than the next. Look, Sox won a world series, f*** whatever you say.

Had a 9:15am appt with an attorney...I woke up at 10:17...frantic throwing on of clothes and the old standby my car wouldn't start and she bought it...I thought of I've got the MRSA virus, malaria, the 24 hour Ebola, I just gave birth, Mormon's attacked my home, I fought the law and the law won....in the space of a minute and the old car wouldn't start worked. I've got a Toyota...they never don't start, but the attorney isn't that swift. Ooof. I could have been arrested for a DUI even at that late point. My job doesn't give a f***. I'm a government employee. Lawyers I fear.

Woman divorce attorneys scare the crap out of me too, unless they are on my side.

I got a career low in sleep (4.5 hours), yet somehow was more functional today than I usually am with normal sleep. Other than driving around the school parking lot with the windows down and "We Are The Champions" playing at full blast, I was pretty low-key.

That would be correct sir. I know what you mean. She scares me every time I get her bill and especially when I have to correct her on points of law. What a racket. It's all good. He can't touch my spirit and I'm with who I'm supposed to be with...it's just painful in the pocket. ..it's the only rotten thing going on w/ me at the moment. Remember the short lived Mel Brooks series "When Things Were Rotten"...still one of the funniest shows ever and it lasted 3 episodes. Also, we won the World Series. I'm quite content at the moment.

Talie did you ever get that pm I FINALLY sent over on the other board?

You gonna be in Boston this weekend?

I didn't get the PM PC. That place is screwed. Piece of crap server and their ads. I am going to be in Boston this weekend. Headed to The Cape. I'm going to be...let's just say busy.

Out of 20 responses, an overwhelming 65% made class or work and all but one of them were on time. I know most of you partied hard, but still fulfilled your obligations the next day. You are, as I suspected, solid citizens.

Psh. That's nothing. I've seen kids show up to class drunk at 11 am on a Tuesday having stayed up all night.

I'm going to bet that within 20 hours of his first night at college, he'll look back at that post and laugh.

Went to the cemetary today to see my great uncle. Turns out one of the grounds keepers is a Red Sox fan and all along had been watching over his grave with the two pennant flags. Still waiting to get a 2007 one but I went and brought a Ted Williams card and put it on his tombstone.

slept a total of 8 hours from 12 am Sunday to 3 pm Wednesday

Stayed up til 2 on Saturday woke up at 6 for my job

Me and a few fellow sox fans left my home (North Jersey) at about 3 that day to go up to Boston just to be there if they won

Left Boston City Limits at about 3 that night drove all the way non-stop to our high school (got there in the middle of 1st period) entered the gates and drove around the school to We our the Champions

Went to work til 8 then drove back up to Worcester (family) to stay the night, got there at about 2

Woke up at 6 to head into the city early

Left Boston at midnight got home in time to shower before going back to school on Wednesday

Needless to say I slept for about 15 hours last night

In synopsis

8 hours of sleep

16 hours of driving

In Mass for 30 hours

In Jersey for 35 hours

I am actually at college, but I had 2 tests the next day so I thought it would be a good idea to get some sleep.

Edit- I do realize that my my going to be at 3:00 and getting up at 9:00 wasnt impressive
