Dice K is looking like a bust. The stories about his legendary pitch counts should have been a cause for concern instead of encouragement. If he was throwing so many pitches against inferior offensive players, the FO should have expected this.

Wakefield hasnt pitched since September 29, thats 16 days of rest in between starts. He ended the season with a less than spectacular September

I will reserve my judgement until next year. We gave Beckett a year to adjust to the AL, we should give DiceK the same timeframe. I think he will do much better next year...although that doesn't help the frustration right now.
