Pedroia out for today's game, Crisp leading off. Im not sure why Drew is back in the 5th spot, Lowell has been running circles around Drew's poor season.

Drew gets intentionally walked for Lowell?! ok.....

 

Lowell's been awful for about three weeks now. Not really all that surprising.

I understand the whole "set up the double play" aspect but still

Alex Cora needs to hit 9th when he's in the lineup from here on out.

 

I know he's got good numbers against Batista but Pedroia should have been in there today.

No s***. He started 2-0. When you start 2-0 with the bases loaded with a pitcher who can't find the zone and has not much stuff today, you should kill the ball or walk, not hit a weak grounder for a DP.

I stand by my statement. This game's a laugher if he did it in his last AB.

 

Still, I'll take it.
