and like I said before, I thought tonight was the game you guys took. As it looks right now, our matchups are favorable tomorrow and Pettitte is pitching better recently than Schill is. We'll see. None of these games seem to go the way you predict them.

Disappointing that we had a chance to really step on the Yankees while they were down and Wakefield gave us nothing tonight. And we'll have two tough ones coming up, which we need to try to take one of them. We could get swept and it certainly wouldnt be the end of the world.

I have been a fan since the 70's. My first game was in 1976 and have been following them ever since. My gut says the Yankees bats are going to come alive in this series and the two remaining games definitely favor New York. The Yankees got very lucky in that they miss Beckett and Dice K. The good news is the Red Sox are in first and have some room to have a little slump.
