Its all about Papi these last 3 games. Sox have to win at least 2 out of 3 to even tie for 2nd place. Trying to savor these games now, no Sox games for 6 months

I find it amusing that the only home run Tavarez has given up to the players on this team was to Widger.

Edit: Why? Because Widger is a funny name. Just say it a few times.

JT needs to stretch it out this winter and make a shot for the 5th rotation spot. He's not looking stellar, but he is looking capable holding a back of the rotation spot.

Does KFK cameo as Doug Heffernan's cousin on The King of Queens.

great strategy Tavarez

--intentional walk to Tejada to load the bases

--whatever reason paying too much attention to runner on 2nd base instead of batter, couldve gotten injured on that dumbass of a play

--walk Jay Gibbons on 4 pitches

--now first 2 pitches to Hernandez are balls

Figures' date=' he has been pretty funny. "Come on Youk double and get into scoring position" boom a double.[/quote']He has been calling it the "Homer" inning where he calls the Red Sox half of the inning as a total Homer. He's like John Sterling without Susan Waldman.:D

I just love to watch Lowell play defense. The guy is almost flawless. Foulke continues to throw well. He has put together an impressive string of outings. To bad he did n't get healthy earlier. His velocity hasn't been bad. I would n't mind this Foulke in the bullpen next year.
