They want to take down the infamous Citgo sign near Fenway Park. Apparently, Citgo is owned by Venezuela, and the prime minister of Venezuela is pissed at Bush.

 

If they must, I want a big sign for hooters going up instead.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous to even think of taking the Citgo sign down. One, it's a "landmark", two it won't hurt the Citgo industry or Hugo Chavez if it's taken down, and three people are always pissed at Bush what's new?!

Big deal. The chump prime minister made derogatory comments against Bush at the UN. Another, want to be politician ( Boston City Counselor ), made a proposal to tear it down.

He has no backing. The Mayor and other prominent Pols negatively responded, calling it a land mark, and rightfully so.
