I agree, but I don't see them being able to rebuild fast enough for it to be worth it. I would definatly keep him around if I thought I could turn the team around in a year or two, but I think it'll take a lot longer.

Miss the playoffs. you must be joking. I hope you are after watching the pats demolish arizona and washington with ease. They are a 12-4 team easily in my view and better than the steelers.
