I'm going to go way out on a limb... Flyers in 6. I love the way they're playing. I also love the Hawks, but something's telling me it may be Philly's year. Just a gut instinct. Leighton will stand on his head and single-handedly steal 2 or 3 games.

The Blackhawks play the same up-and-down-the-ice style of hockey as the Flyers and do it better. Niemi's on a roll right now (knock on wood) and I don't think Philly has a defenseman capable of moving Byfuglien (pronounced BUFF-lin; his name makes some of the Russian names look easy, doesn't it?) from out in front of the net. I'm saying Hawks in 5.

I picked Chicago before the season began so obviously I'm sticking with that. Plus, I think they're clearly the best team in the NHL.

I'll take the win, but it wasn't the best Stanley Cup Finals game I've ever seen.

 

That title would belong to Game 4 of the 1996 Avalanche-Panthers series. That was an instant classic.
