Thanks Tito, Wake in too late was the killer.

Mohr will be sent down when Coco comes back, if not sooner

Mohr is out of options and will be DFA'd. Hes likely to go to another organization.

Clement vs. R-Joke for the Series. Too bad we left so many guys on early..might have been adiferent outccome. Of course when you have automatic outs in 7-9 slots..that is bound to happen. Nixon chokes quite a bit.

Sweet, back to 1.5 out.

Enjoy it while it lasts.. Once we get a real CF'er(Crisp) and one crappy bat out of the lineup...the Yanks will not sniff us. Oh....not to mention a real #4 starter in Wells.

Did you catch that 9th ining by Papelbon? Get used to seeing that .

relax, he left Wake in there 1 batter too late. who would you have confidence in in that situation instead anyway? Tavarez or Seanez? No. Foulke after last night? No. Riske right off the DL? No. Timlin with inherited runners? No. And you don't go to Paps in the 7th

Yes they do you freaking knucklehead...Dustin Mohr does NOT Have an iron glove.. You really don't know one freaking thing about this game do you? Go bury your head in the sand simple one.

Yeah, I hate to gloat especially after the Sox lost, but I think you need to ask yourself the same question.

Sure I saw it. He's damn freakin good, but still unproven. Let's see if his arm can hold until the post-season and beyond. Or at least if it can hold after he gets hit and loses some confidence. I know all the replys are going to come "He's the next Mo!" and "He's proven enough!" Yeah, I get it. He's awesome and looks unhittable, thus far at least. I am also a baseball fan, and it's fun watching a young guy like that be so good.

He left him in 2 batters too long. After the 8 straight balls it was clear that Wakefield had lost the feel. You can't aford to ride out his rough spots in the 6th inning down by 3 runs with a big bopper up.

I honestly think he should have gone to Tavarez for the 7th and Timlin to the 8th, yes. Tavarez may just have been able to get A-Rod out, as opposed to Wakefield, who had no chance.

tavarez would have had a better shot, seeing that Wake was CLEARLY done

mmhmm Nixon was the killer. He had 2 hits and drew a walk, scoring one of the 5 runs.

IMO this year with RISP/2outs he's batting .294. So he isnt always choking

If anything, the two killers in this game were Dustan Mohr, who I include with Willie Harris on the VERY short list of players I find very useless on this team, who struck out looking and swinging in two very important spots. I miss Wily Mo.

The other was JT Snow, who killed a potential gametying and gamechanging rally by grounding into a pinch hit double play.

Also, this is the first loss this year that Tito really handed us himself, by not making the descision to put Tavarez in when Wakefield was clearly out of gas (he walked the previous TWO BATTERS)

Chalk this one up to a couple bad managerial choices, one bad pitch and two useless bench players, be grateful that it's May and remember that Randy Johnson has walked more batters this season than he did the last ten years combined.

per rotoworld

Coco Crisp (finger) took swings from both sides of the plate on Tuesday. He might begin a rehab assignment on Thursday.

Crisp has decided against playing in extended spring training in Florida. Instead, it looks like he'll report to Double- or Triple-A later this week. He could return to Boston's lineup on Monday.

Friday, Wells in and DiNardo sent down to Pawtucket to just be built up as fodder trade usage

B) That would be heaven, Coco in and Dustan Mohr DFA'd by next week.

Kapler is set to return next month, Goodbye Harris!!!
