Troy O'Leary ruined my childhood by annihilating a guy in the first few rows with a line drive. I've never forgiven him.

 

About 4 years ago I was standing in the center field bleachers watching BP. It was raining baseballs as Papi was in a grove. A boy about 12-13 years old was not watching and he caught a line shot in the belly. It was frightening. I'll never forget the expression of agony on the poor kid.

Just a screaming foul ball that knocked all of this guy's teeth out. He was a bloody mess and I was horrified.

Roids don't really seem to be the epitome of a Sox player...

 

Not that I have any evidence, but I just think it's nearly obvious.

 

...well, I'd hate to think it, but the years he came out it was everywhere, but then again he never really showed a drastic change in size or numbers. In fact, he had a pretty mediocre career, but thats just me defending my fav. But again, when he and Nomar (actually I'm putting Nomar above Trot now :-D) came out the same year(s) they got me really paying attention to the team more.
