HAHAH. Boy that Melky sure is good huh RIV? I am still waiting to "EAT" my words on him? He is nothing but a dime-a-dozen, two bit, punch and judy slappy.....who is a shaky outfielder with a decent arm.

The Yankees are taking on water prtetty fast... They may need to have surgery to remove the "bloom splinters" from their arses after this one..Ahh Good times.

26 to 6 is actually the guy who's pretty supportive of Melky. Nevermind, supportive was an understatement. He seems to have a f***ing man crush on that guy.

Another pathetic game from this team.

And so the countdown to a Steinbrenner response begins...

What's he going to do? Bash A-Rod again? Bash Torre? Trade some prospects for a quick fix? All of the above?

Well he has already bashed A-Rod and him and Torre seemed to be getting along better since this off-season. I think Stein will put pressure on Cashman to make a move. Right now some of the young players have come back down to earth, you combine that with a struggling jeter and A-Rod and you have a lineup that will struggle.

The yankees do need their injured players back, regardless of the situation. They'd be a lot more dangerous if they had them.

A lot more.

Alright now the injuries are really starting to irk me. A new injury everyday became almost comical but when I heard the other day that GIAMBI might also be hurt I almost s*** a pickle. Honestly, without Matsui and Sheff the Yanks have enough problems. Throw in a s***** BP that just cannot seem to get the job done and a less than impressive Randy Johnson (or should I say starting rotation) and you've got yourself some issues. I just seriously hope the Yanks can keep it together until Sept when (hopefully) Sheff and Matsui are back, rested, and ready to lead the Yanks to a division title. If this team can pull that much out of their ass I'll be impressed. The baby bombers are cute and cuddly but the Yanks need some more strong arms and Sheff and Matsui back ASAP, whether that is at the expense of seeing Andy Phillips everyday or not. Something has got to change.

Ok sorry for the rant just had to get that out.

hitting .280??

30 points below minimum wage kevin youkillis

45 behind mike lowell

at least you can count on arod when it matters.....

as soriano hits his 23rd and is leading the nats out of the cellar

this is all on george steenberger

he had to get arod at any expense so the sox wouldnt

the yankees succeed when steeny is out of the picture

stick michael put them back in the winning business when george was exiled for his felonious behavior and as soon as george got back he began to f*** things up,starting with denny neagle and continuing with pavano and rj...

he likes shiny things

hes the same guy who gave 12,000,000.00 to hideki irabu

the same guy who traded buhner for kenny phelps

he knows next to nothing about baseball and what it takes to win

E-rod has a feilding percentage of .941 at the moment , allready at 11 errors , he is on pace for 29 errors season , nice way to make 25 million
He is the Yankees third baseman, and it would make no sense to move him to his natural positio at SS while Jeter is out. That would shake up the lineup too much.

What happened to Bubba Crosby? It seems like he went down with that injury, then just fell off the face of the Earth. I don't remember seeing any injury updates on YES (a daily feature these days) that talked about him or reading anything about him recently.

from New York Daily News, June 10th

Bubba Crosby (hamstring) went 1-for-3 during a rehab appearance for Single-A Tampa in a game he was slated to play all three outfield positions. Torre said "he's liable to be here (tomorrow), but my guess would be for the next series," starting Tuesday vs. Cleveland.

Ah, thank you. I can't wait until Bubba's back...he's just one of those random players I really like for no particular reason.

Yeah same here. He's going to be signing something in Jersey the 22nd I believe. Just PM me if you are in Jersey and want more info. That goes for all you Yankee fans.
