Go to games, buy merchandise, cheer for them on tv that makes me a fan and i think the sold out crowds prove to the FO that they have a few loyal followers, forget the petition.

aboe, I live in California, too, and I have a Red Sox Nation card that I carry proudly in my wallet. You can go on the Red Sox Board and find out how to get one. I'm expecting an E-Mail to renew my membership. That is the best way to show your love for the Red Sox; a card showing you are a member of Red Sox Nation says it all.

It cost $ 10 last year, waiting for renewal this year. I found it worth while, aside from the pride aspect, I got 20 % off at the souvenir shop across from Fenway and was eligible for special member's only ticket opportunities.

Red Sox Rooter, Cape man beat me to the punch. It costs $10,00, and the best part of it is the discount you get on Red Sox gear. My wife saved a lot of money on my Red Sox golf bag, watch, umbrella, dart board, and jacket. You ought to join up. It is a great source of pride to me when I see that in my wallet or when I get together with another Red Sox fan and we each show our RSN card. Get one.

Exactly. I know a few people with them, and they told me that unless you buy red sox stuff out the ass then its worth it. Other than that its kinda just there and does nothing... just chills in your wallet.

Exactly. The only people who are buying these cards for purposes other than the discounts must not be secure with their standing as a part of RSN.

The card is just a marketing ploy by the Sox to get our money while the whole "Red Sox Nation" was comin about. Honestly it's a good move by them, they get easy money from people who probably won't use the card.

Agreed, but atleast they offer discounts if you have the card.

Lol, you pull up to Fenway Park, they ask for some ID, you pull out ur driver's license, and they "no the other one" and if you dont have it they dont let you in.
