true he is able to get walks that then followed by power sox hitters. but just think about mueller, so far through 74 games, he has struck out a mere 30 times, having him in the #9 spot i bet would be hard for any pitcher, as i it is now for him in #8 position. Something Im hoping Francona plays with during the summertime, was checking transactions and in january sox had signed one year deals for both bronson and bellhorn...

Bellhorn should be more aggressive at the plate. It does him a lotttt of good. Yesterday and now today.

Doesn't do much for his fielding, however.

Wow come on, that error was so uncharacteristic. And he made up with it with the hit and the steal. Too bad the rest of our hitting was terrible.

And heeeey I like his hair. He's pretty hot.

I take back some of the things I've said about Bellhorn in the last few hours, during and after the game... it's just anger from a pretty horrible game. Not much you can do though, over 162 games you are going to have games like this, its going to happen. We'll be back tomorrow.

Not that I don't want hitters to be aggressive - but aggressive is what gets him struck out 180 times per year.

He did take his eye off the ball during the double play thing. He was pretty upset about it in quotes 'cause he said he takes pride in it. But it's one game. And then Tito took him out to give him a break and Vasquez comes in and makes ANOTHER error, ugh.

i think theyre exhausted from the hard work they did to have a perfect road trip tied in with traveling. Trot made a rare missed catch, it wouldve been a RBI double if his glove had not touched it, felt bad seeing him kneel down with hands over his face

hanley ramirez visiting the clubhouse last nites game got me goosebumps, hottest prospect there is in pawtucket. Contracts up at the end of this year are Embree (thank god), Millar, Mueller, Timlin, Bronson, Bellhorn, as well as Damon (((god as its getting close to december hearing big possibility of yankees signing him cuz they will need a center fielder next season))) please no johnny it will be roger clemens all over again, to see him in pinstripes and sitting in the yankee dugout sittin between arod and jeter makes me want to vomit seriously. Im holding out hope though

Cry. Repeatedly. I don't know. I reallllllly will be sad when he's gone. I've met him a buncha times out, too, it'll be sad to see him go.

And on error does not a horrific game make. He was also one of three people to actually get a hit. Sadly he was stranded there when everyone else decided to strike out a bazillion times over.

I knew we were going to lose the game....with or without Bellhorn making that error. Thats just the way baseball goes. We blow them out at Cleveland with the same pitching matchup and they blow us out at fenway with the same pitching matchup...sports are fun like that.

The reason we lost was because of Kevin Millwood....give him credit he pitched well. On that note I still think we win the series and go on another 6-7 game winning streak. We just need to get to the all star break with a 3 game lead in the division.

an article on NESN is talking moreso about Hanley Ramirez's visit to the clubhouse, interview with Edagr saying hed really like to see Hanley come up next year and have a Ramirez/Renterria duo at second and shortstop

Hanley needs at least another full season at Pawtucket. I'd prefer to see Hanley play CF in the majors so Pedrioa can play 2nd.

Well that might work if we lose Damon.
