    agree on the constant gamble on rehab projest like Buehler and Hendricks, i don't know what the number is/were/are but i wouldn't doubt that they could have signed a decent pitcher for all the $$$ they spent on injured players they hoped to rehab.

    no doubt. this was the least explosive offense i've seen in a long time. it's a wonder they won as many games as they did. and then take away Bregman and Duran and you really have an anemic offense

    i think he shoulders some of the blame for the Devers situation and i've questioned him about a lot of other things. with that said, i wouldn't have fired him, had the Sox not made the playoffs, due to the simple reason that half the lineup is made of porcelain dolls that can't stay healthy for s***.
