yeah....trade them for a guy that can't stay healthy. two TJs under his belt and rotator cuff problems last year. he's a time bomb waiting to explode again.
another guy who will do nothing but spend time on the IL and collect a check. he has a long history of shoulder problems. there is a reason KC wants to dump him.
you'd think the idiots that run the Sox front office would learn, but i guess not. they sign one injured player after another to do nothing but rehab. dumbest f***ing thing i've ever seen.
i know it's not the most fashionable stat du jour but i always liked WHIP.
from last year:
Crochet #8
Gray #28
Bello #29
top 10
1 -Skubal
2 -deGrom
3 -Woo
4 -Skenes
5 -Pivetta (what?)
6 -Yamamoto
7 -H. Brown
9 -Ryan
10 -Rodon
didn't say i would take Susac over Heyman. Susac has essentially played one year of AAA and was blocked from moving up. he'll get picked up, i have no doubt. is Heyman better? we'll see.
i just saw that A's catching prospect Daniel Susac was left unprotected. i know they just traded with the Mariners for Luke Heyman, but i'd take Susac in a second.
i know you probably don't believe me, but i'm not against trading Duran. my problem is that i have ZERO confidence in the Sox front office trading him for anyone worth having, after seeing them trade Betts, Devers and Sale for .....garbage,
this is why the Sox signed him. they need a 1B, 2B and 3B. Henry thinks he'll save money by getting someone that can play all three. and he's probably hoping he can play all three at once.
