  1. I’m very well aware he is a FA in two years, so you just going to let him walk out the door without getting anything for him?
  2. Before any big plans are made with Raffy he would have to be resigned first.
  3. Mayer may never make it to Fenway, and Correa would not be worth the money anyway. Downs, and Duran wouldn’t get you much in a trade, and Verdugo while a good player is not that big a trade chip either.
  4. JD is not going anywhere until next year.
  5. I agree with what you say, but why would Devers only play 1B for 2 seasons? Is he going somewhere?
  6. That’s the key that Casas has to prove he belongs. All the hype in the world doesn’t always lead to success.
  7. Still WOW.
  8. Not only wow, but WOW.
  9. Big change from the old days. Do you think Fisk worked out with Munson?
  10. Especially Tiant. I can still hear the chants (L O U I E, L O U I E) as he made his way in from the bullpen to face the Yankees in front of a packed Fenway Park.
  11. The Red Sox did the right thing not to spend much to resign him but I just wish he would have gone to any other team than the Yankees. His arm was soft noodle at that.
  12. Did he trip like Louie App?
  13. What made it worse was winning a championship in NY when they couldn’t do it in Boston. They had chances too.
  14. Damon might have had a noodle arm, but he was a big part of the 2004 team, and hit that big slammy against the Yankees at the stadium.
  15. I would have liked my chances with Stapleton over Buck in that instance.
  16. Those old creaky legs couldn’t get down low enough. Grease might have helped.
  17. That’s because the players, and owners know they have the fans in their greasy palms of their hands that go into their wallets.
  18. To each it’s own when it comes to shelling out money to make rich people more rich. Nothing wrong with doing it, and nothing wrong with not doing it. Once again two sides to a story.
  19. Is this a trick question, because everyone that I know, and lots of people I don’t know complain about the price of gas.
  20. I’ll agree with that, but Damon at the time was tough to see as a Yankee too especially what he helped do to the Yankees in 04.
  21. How come no one mentioned Roger in a Yankee uniform?
  22. Good ole Hay Wood Sullivan handled that mess.
  23. Concerts are off the charts, but what gets me more is the cost of hotel rooms near the concert. I saw some old guy named Elton, and the hotel rooms went up close to $300 the night of the concert.
  24. The only reason you would get rid of them at this time would be that you don’t want to pay them, so you would have to take that up with JH.
  25. How Fisk left town was not a good look either, but the Red Sox are still standing.
