  1. After 400 pitches, or so the Red Sox pulled out a victory last night. Out of the big three 500, Div, and Wild Card the Red Sox moved up in 1. 4 games from being 500 7 games back in the L column for last place in the Div. 9 games back in the L column for the last Wild Card spot…
  2. This was the 9th inning in a 1 run ballgame. No excuse to wait for a runner to get to second base.
  3. He listens to the local talk shows, and even showed up at the Felger, and Mass show. He said he was there to help them with their ratings, so he does know what’s being said around town.
  4. No, 23 is not that young in age, but missing 2020 hurt his progress. Needs more consistency.
  5. Good thing the Sox helped them out with Tampa.
  6. No. Bello is still pretty young, and no matter how Casas turns out he hasn’t been rushed.
  7. No, but JH does have Rabbit Ears.
  8. Max, calm down,and have a Gansett.
  9. Not running for JD cost the team a run, and shouldn’t be defended in any way. No coaches, or Cora could see that?WOW!
  10. I think he heard you. 3 hits tonight.
  11. I was all set to say for Cora to stop playing sentimental journey with JD them Boom.
  12. Wow unlike Austin Davis who was claimed off waivers by the Twins the Sour Man has made it through without being claimed. That was a close call, so outright to Worcester he goes.
  13. Good old Dodgers. What would we do without them?
  14. Let’s not forget CC too.
  15. The story I got was Will Myers’s then either Margot, or Naylor, and either Quantrill, or Lucchesi, but also a hangup was paying for Myers’s contract, and how much. I don’t think SD wanted Price at all.
  16. I think it depends too on what shape your team is in. The shape the Red Sox are in at the moment the Red Sox need all the help they can get, and anyway they can get it.
  17. He pitched best when he was an opener.
  18. If you had a floor yes. How often does bottom teams get in?
  19. We do agree, and I bet the cheap owners would spend if push come to shove.
  20. The Twins have claimed Austin Davis off waivers. As if the Twins weren’t already loaded in the BP.
  21. Agree that the pen has been the best all year with Houck, Whit, and Schreiber at the backend. It didn’t last long with Houck getting hurt, and I think Schreiber has been really worked hard with lots of stressful situations. Not many opportunities lately for Whitlock with the way the team has been going.
  22. Solid ceiling, and a solid floor to me would be the best way to go with the solid floor more important of the two.
  23. Same injury, but isn’t missing 40 games this year, and most of last year a lot? Do you think he’ll stay healthier with age.
  24. The problem is I want major league players back in a trade like Manny, or Pedro, and not a prospect. What’s wrong with that?
  25. I agree with this, and you are the smart one for turning down the sound. Even though I referenced Millar I find him hard to listen to. Keep up the good work.
