Moon just doesn’t like Vaz, and has disdain for him. Moon’s boy toy(Kike) sucked from day 1, and helped the team get off to that 10-19 record. It has been pretty much a team effort from top to bottom.

I agree with you 100%. Bloom, and Cora are the team leaders, so why cling to them?

The Raffy offer was before Riley signed his contract, which I’m sure Raffy, and his people were not happy with that contract.

What is the Red Sox record since Vaz was traded? You can’t blame 3-6 on his play calling, so it must be the 2 backup catchers the Red Sox are using, and their play calling.

I’m all for resigning Bogey, and Raffy, but only at a good price. There is cash coming off the books, but there are plenty of holes to fill too that needs more than bargain basement pickups.

JD started out the season good, but hasn’t hit much in the last month, so I differ with you on the productive DH. Devers has one more year to go, before he can become a FA, but if they are not going to resign him then they might as well trade him, so they can get a little back like Mookie, which is better than getting nothing like with Bogey.

The Catchers you mentioned are nothing, but backups at best. I can’t see anyway they offer JD anything. Who’s playing SS? Devers only if he gets resigned.

My biggest blame on Cora this season was to not put Houck, or Whitlock especially into the late innings role way before he did. There were losses to me early in that 10-19 start that could have been prevented. I don’t know who’s brain storm it was for Arroyo in RF, and Franchy at 1B, but that wasn’t good either.

I’m not cranky, but just agree to disagree. The hilarious part is that no one is buying what the spinners, are spinning, or cooking outside of the Spinners themselves when it comes to Bloom, but I do give them an A for effort, and Loyalty.

Pissing, and bashing is what happens when you are a team with a $200M+ payroll and are sitting in last place do I have to remind again 6 games in the L column behind the O’s. Streakman was a bad 2 yr signing to begin with, and McGuire is nothing more than a backup so whoppee on 2 yr control. Pham is a plus, but should have been here back in April. Hosmer is only here, because he was pretty much given to the Sox, and not like Bloom actually went out, and got a well needed 1B. If not for the give away chances are Bobby D, and Franchy strangeglove would still be managing 1B, so once again I agree with you that Bloom messed up all the way around.

This season is pretty much over, so unless the Red Sox are planning on bringing Kike back next year outside of appeasing the pitching staff there isn’t much sense to put Kike back out in the OF.

Really grasping at straws here to say Franchy is better than Duran, I’ll give Franchy the edge on D, but neither one can hit, and neither should be in any Red Sox future plans.
