Abreu is the shiny object at the moment, and Cora likes shiny objects, so it’ll be interesting to see how he handles this. Looking forward I’m not sold on Duran yet.
I think Dugy has started to hit better since he got put back at leadoff, and Duvall has started to get hot again, so it will be interesting on a nightly basis.
Maine numbers have definitely dwindled up in the county, and Central Maine as well. I’m not sure about down in your neck of the woods in the Southern part.
Another this is there are just less kids period. School numbers are way down in surrounding towns where I grew up from back when I went to school in the 60’s, and early 70’s.

It used to be summertime back in my day was strictly baseball, but now basketball, and soccer travel has taken over. I wished there were all this travel stuff back then. Little league was a lot tougher back then too. 9-12 yr olds all played against each other. Big difference between a 9-12 yr old. Now it’s 9-10, and 11-12.
