  1. You worry more that something is predicted negatively than if it is predicted correctly. If it’s predicted correctly whose fault is that? All I heard ALL offseason was negativity, negativity after negativity with the most vocal yelling sham, sham, sham at the top of his lungs. I on the other hand was one of the few voices of reason, and kept saying wait to see what things look like on March 28th, and then see how things work out from there. The sham, sham, sham was a sham, and I would say things have worked out pretty well. It sounds like you like going through s***** water to find what you are looking for, or at least hoping to find even if it’s not there. That adds nothing to any conversation.
  2. Good post Max. The Sox have 3 more years of Story’s contract, and unless the Red Sox can unload that, and if one of these years he stays healthy he’ll either be the 2B, or SS until Mayer gets there. Grissom hasn’t had much of an opportunity, but the opportunity he’s had he’s pretty much sucked, and now others have been given a chance, and produced at least with the bat.
  3. And more importantly the Red Sox have a better chance of making the postseason this year (2024) with Jansen closing games for them. Cora said he expects to be playing baseball in October this year (2024).
  4. The point is more visiting teams fans are coming to Fenway then ever before, so what you get for a count on a given night isn’t all Red Sox fans. It didn’t used to be that way, so in other words less Red Sox fans are going to Fenway these days.
  5. You can deduct all the points you want, but bottom line is I predicted what I said I predicted, and it was NO Fabrication like you wanted it to be. I knew 100% I had said, but I couldn’t find it before.
  6. Post 135 on the Red Sox sign Gio thread. Fabrication MA.
  7. Post 135 on the Red Sox Gio thread. Read it, and weep.
  8. Taunt you? Wha, wha, wha. True I said I didn’t mind seeing Sale go, and I also said I didn’t like paying the Braves $17M, and I still don’t, and I also said I thought Sale would stay healthy, and have a good year with the Braves being a better team. All is true, and this has been gone over 100 times already. Once again post 333 has been mentioned more than once, so you can stick to your fabrication story all you want, and also your so called taunting. You know like BA, highlights, and box scores, and many more. The pot calling the kettle black. OMG.
  9. Still spewing the same old crap. A change of scenery, a better team, good health, and bingo a CY type performance so far from Sale. It really wasn’t that hard to see that coming. It still puzzles, and bothers you for some reason, but then that’s not surprising at all.🙈🤭
  10. Sorry Max but Brez is still evaluating, and he’ll let you know when he figures it out.🤫
  11. Which CONTENDER needs Jansen the most. How about the Boston Red Sox?
  12. That’s 100% true. More, and more visiting teams fans take over Fenway the past few years. Total attendance isn’t down, but total of Red Sox fans are. You are right that it didn’t used to be that way. JH doesn’t care as long as there is asses filling the seats. He’ll take anyone’s money. Yours, mine, and theirs.🤫
  13. You should have really put down that hammer years ago.
  14. It’s definitely turned out that way so far.
  15. Trade him? They pretty much gave him away.
  16. I didn’t know metrics could hit a baseball. Interesting. Very interesting.
  17. Right on regarding the number of crap teams.
  18. You go off on your own tangents. Going, going, gone.
  19. I think Brez watch is ticking faster, and faster as the trade deadline rapidly approaches, and what will the Rookie HOBO do? Sell? Buy? Oh no, not that third option in the fork in the road again. Stay tuned boys and girls it could be a wild bumpy ride for some.
  20. 👍👍👍👏.
  21. The $17M the Red Sox are paying the Braves still bugs me, and I don’t care if Grissom was playing like a prospect instead of like a Suspect on, and off the field. The funny part outside of the Braves getting a free CY type performance from Sale this year is that so far he is the healthy one, and Gio, and Grissom are not. Just maybe a change of scenery is all it took for Sale. Like you’ve been saying the Red Sox didn’t have any pitching depth to begin with, and just Swapping Gio for Sale didn’t make it any better.
  22. Big, Big difference this year compared to the last two years. Right now on July 7 the Red Sox are in the postseason, and unless they go into a big tailspin the next 3 weeks they will stay that way come trade deadline. Selling , and not trying to make the Red Sox better would be a slap in the face to all the paying customers, and a gut punch to all the players, and coaches in the Red Sox clubhouse. Also once again a LOSER attitude. 🤭🙈
