Yankems defeat Phils 6-5 in 10. Like to say that the Phils are mediocre like the rest of the NL Least, but they did take 2 of 3 from the SOX this month, so I'll just keep my mouth shut.

Watching the Phils/Yankem game, I learned that of Bryce Harper's 15 HR's, 14 were solo shots. Now, if that doesn't define 'clutch', my name isn't James Dickey.

I believe this is Moon's final year of his current contract. I'd like to see him re-sign for maybe 4 years at $1,000.00. Limited budget and we don't want to get hit with a luxury tax. Maybe Moon will give us a home team discount. You know that happens all the time in MLB.

I'm not blaming JD. He's a great mistake hitter. I'm faulting the other team's lack of knowing JD's weakness. It really isn't that big a secret.

JD! It is funny though. JD will swing at low outside pitches 90% of the time. He just barely checked his two strike swing on one. So what does the pitcher throw next? Not a low outside pitch. Are they just stupid?

Santana decided to take himself out of the game. Why our godlike manager didn't put Vertugo in earlier is a mystery to me, but no one should ever question god.
