Kenley was warming up to come in in the 9th. Possible he's not feeling well? Don't get the post game show, so maybe someone will find out why Jock was put in that situation.

Between base running blunders and shoddy defense and other things I won't post in fear of angering someone, it's quite surprising this team is still over .500. On the positive side I've liked Urias' offensive side so far. Looks like he wants to be the SOX regular 2nd baseman.

Jock Strap only gave up one run, which would be graded successful for him.

Martin is the set up guy, best in the league. Kenley s/b pitching now. I have no idea why he's not.

Martin's ERA+ this season is 298. The league average is 100.

It was in the strike zone long enough for Ref to swing, but I believe it would have been a ball. Like I said it was nasty.

I think REF pinch batting for Casas was the right call.

Stengel felt the same way about Whitey Ford. He wouldn't allow Whitey to pitch at Fenway.
