    I bet E-Rod averages 20 pitches an inning or close to it. That's his biggest problem.

    Dodgers losing this year would be something. They have had a 3 Month hot streak, looks like nothing at this time is slowing them down. 55 games over .500 shows that. Doing this without Kershaw too. That's shows you how strong they are. Now, I understand Kershaw has struggled in the Play-offs but, if he gets his Mojo, that will be one tough team to beat.

    Main thing with Hanley now is make sure he doesn't get his Option year. He's here now, but cannot have him for that extra year. Just too inconsistent at that price.

    Davis has a Fenway swing too. Ought to work well with the Wall.

    Could that final weekend with Houston be important? Nice little winning streak right about now will make things interesting. Nothing huge but 5 or 6 games would be nice.

    I think Smith is a couple of weeks away, he pitched good last night, in Pawtucket. Maybe call up so can use in Post-Season.

Holt made a real nice play till the double-clutch, then it was over, had to go to 1st then. Don't see much of a problem with Devers, he's straddling the bag, except he's kind of deep on the bag, maybe more in front of it. I see a lot of mistakes on bunts nowadays throughout baseball. Play that should be used more, since teams don't practice it enough in Spring Training anymore. I'll put money, that in the Play-offs, a bunt will be screwed up, and lead to something big in at LEAST 1 game. Edit: 8 steps and a slide, but he's definitely only halfway between 2nd and 3rd. If handled cleanly he would have had him.

    Cabrera in his prime was a way, way better hitter than Stanton, and was on a good Tigers team, and he didn't make the difference. Don't understand why many don't trust our kids.

    I was GM of the Marlins I want cost controlled players 1st. So it starts with Devers and Bennintendi, or I'm hanging up on you. That Option for 2020, is the problem not to move on him. Even if we take the whole salary up to 2020, I want cost controlled players. Your building a team. Call the Dodgers, call the Yanks, see what they might offer.

    Probably will for Sale too. You put that many innings on an arm, and you hit age 30, its tough, especially for Power Pitchers. Either he needs surgery or not. What's with these Doctors? Make a decision so team can take measures leading to the Play-offs. Maybe by Aug. 31. As of right now he probably needs at least 2 weeks of rehab, clock is ticking.

    This would be the stupidest Trade the Sox could make, here's why. To make a Trade like this you need Depth in the Minors, for both Positional and Pitching, Sox have a weak system for Pitching. He should put up huge numbers in Fenway, so good chance he Opts out in 2020. In 2020, Sale is up after his Options, and Porcello is up too. Hopefully Price is gone but I doubt it. The next year, this team would be hurting. The amount of money to produce a real contender would be huge. Trades for the next few years, for good players, will essentially, Take what's left in the Minors. One player, could hurt this team for years. 1st Base this Off-Season, in FA is the move. Don't complicate things, the kids we have can do the job. Shiney hood ornament you don't need.

    Roberts 243 stolen bases in his career, Brock Holt 26. A little better chance with Roberts. Your right Mr. Bellhorn forgot Batting order.

    18 HRS with only 46 RBI's, that's terrible. Come on now stop it with Hanley. Stop with crazy numbers, he's terrible when you need runs to be driven in.
