I hate the Yankees as much as ever, and no one is happier they went down. However, let me say that the Yankees fought like true warriors this month, (maybe played a little over their heads) which is much more than I can say about our beloved Dead Sox, who, as predicted by myself, went down like milquetoast wusses the last two years. If the Sox front office doesn't get busy, and fast, we are going to find ourselves buried in the late 90's again. This NYY team is loaded, and whether it's getting Giancarlo Stanton or someone LIKE him, something has to be done about this offense, and something has to be done to get the right HEART in this team, a heart like the 2013 team had. If we don't, we got real trouble on the horizon. Aaron Judge is the real thing, and so is Sanchez, Sevorino, Bird, Gregorious--the whole bunch. Houston may have done us a favor, Im not sure we'd have beaten this Yankees team in the ALCS, I'd rather lose to Houston. Time to get to work or else.
