    This is more disturbing than last night. Fiers has always pitched well against the Sox. The Sox have generally hit Estrada well.

    There’s hope; A’s probably going to the pen. Their starters have now allowed 1 run in 36 innings since they got back to the States after the 2 games in Japan.

    Fiers has been excellent against the Sox in his career; ERA is sub 2.00 over 4 games and 22+ innings (yes, I know SSS).

    I still remember the scores of the World Series that year vs. the Dodgers; the O’s swept Koufax and company 5-2, 6-0, 1-0 and 1-0.

    . Nah. The best way is to slide spikes first one of those times he’s blocking second base on a throw. He gets away with it now because everyone slides headfirst. Go in spikes first and rip the hell out of his shin.

    Double switch in whatever inning it was. Leon rewarded Cora with a double his first time up but the top of the order did nothing with it.

    I do; not for “the play” but because of his utter suckitude offensively in that series. I think half his ABs ended innings and a lot of those were with men on.

    Pretty sure that’s an automatic out under the new rules. He was out once, he should have been out again at third; Dodgers finally got him.

    Knew Brasier was in trouble as soon as they put up the graphic about him being one of two pitchers not to allow a run in 7 or more innings in the postseason.

    Dodgers have had a lot of ground ball hits tonight.

    Bogaerts should have been on second on that pitch in the dirt; probably cost another run.
