  1. Not a big fan of Wright....I hope his stay in AAA is long and prosperous.
  2. I don't watch any Sox games. I watch every Yankee game so I can cheer for whoever they are playing against.
  3. I don't think trading him is out of the question at all. Despite his recent tear his OPS is just .733 overall-which is an acceptable though not outstanding number for someone whose dWAR so far this year is -0.2 and whose dWAR over six seasons averages less than 1.0. Bradley is a very good CF; he is not the best in the game. If we could get a haul from another team I would consider trading him-not now, but at the trade deadline.
  4. He isn't trolling. He is just stating his opinion, one which many of us disagree with, in a respectful way.
  5. Web gem by Bradley.....amazing catch!
  6. LOL Left foot contusion; XRays neg.
  7. Any word on Mookie's injury? Had to step away for a few minutes, five runs ago
  8. Cobb fits in very nicely into the Orioles rotation. Like Eck said, they NEEDED him.
  9. I don't think Austin intentionally tried to spike Holt. For me the issue is that he should have been more careful about in which direction his spikes were pointed. Its like in hockey-a player is responsible for where his stick ends up. He gets called for high sticking if his stick strikes another player in the face regardless of whether it was an accident or not. Austin is guilty of being careless, and his carelessness could have resulted in a severe injury. He paid for it in a small way by getting plunked in the back.
  10. Pretty funny, actually. Hanley, like most guys, will go where they "respect" him the most. Not saying I blame any player for going wherever they pay him the most. I would likely do the same thing. What Hanley is saying has to be taken with a grain of salt.
  11. Great pitch...right on the corner
  12. He's tired. He probably should be out of the game already
  13. Eck said he might pitch in Oakland....he struck out Tebow today.
  14. They announced he was going to be on Dancing with the Stars...... f*** him anyway.
  15. Last inning for ERod.....good game for him.
  16. I think we seem to have caught the Orioles at a good time. They generally have played well against us for the past few years.
  17. Coulda put them away that inning. Hope it doesn't come back to haunt us.
  18. Seems appropriate.....he looks like one too.
  19. Showalter is pissed...he couldn't get out there fast enough. I never saw Buck run before.
  20. Nice to see Tillman on the mound
  21. This ^^^ (As long as the contract is reasonable)
  22. I don't mind him using Kimbrel-he hadn't worked since Sunday. The fact that he HAD to go to Kimbrel after Walden sucked Pond Water is troublesome. I would not have allowed Walden to start the 9th.
  23. No way I send Porcello back out there if its more than about 30m. Not this early in the season.
  24. Hello boys....its 3-1 Bruins after 2. And its 6-0 Red Sox after 5. Life is good..........
  25. Absolutely Kelly was the aggressor. Anyone who watched the game clearly saw Kelly charge home plate and attack Austin.
