White is faster. He doesn’t hit much either but he’s at least competitive. Duran isn’t. His OPS+ is just 73! Duran is at best mediocre defensively. Today he misplayed a double he might have caught but instead did a ballerina imitation out there. He needs to go down. I don’t care who they replace him with.

I think they’ll both be back. Anthony is now hitting from a pitching machine to ramp up the velocity. I would guess if all goes well he’ll be back in maybe a month. Crochet thinks he’ll pitch again but in relief. He said it’s unrealistic to expect he can ramp it up to start. He’s willing to do that.

By September it’s likely Anthony will be back-if he can manage to stay healthy. Duran will then become an appendix.
