Place your bets. My bet is it'll all blow over.
  2. Bellhorn04
Point is, he ain't gonna be traded.
  3. Bellhorn04
Devers isn't gonna be traded. Cora will smooth things over. And Devers is raking.
  4. Bellhorn04
    Well, one team wanted him.

You're a feisty troll. You always go down fightin'. But you always go down.
  6. Bellhorn04
Rafaela is playing great. His bWAR is up to 1.6, 4th best on the team.
  7. Bellhorn04
Because he's a Yankee fan, Hitch, and because he's a troll. Only a troll does stuff like this.
  8. Bellhorn04
But that's not an explanation for why Bergman saw no time at 2B.

You're kind of all over the map here. You're saying they should make the playoffs but you're also saying they could still be only a .500 team. And you seem to be overlooking that in 2021 they won 92 games and made the ALCS.

Those were some pretty good hitting tips Henry gave Raffy. (Someone had to use this joke.)

Sox are 16-10 in Narvaez starts.
  12. Bellhorn04
Looks like a steal by Breslow.
  13. Bellhorn04
Seems like Cora was just floating possible stuff out there, stuff that we latched onto hard the way we do. Bregman played no 2B in spring games.
  14. Bellhorn04
Not only that but most of his damage was against lefties. 1.044 vs. lefties, .562 against righties. He does look pretty toasty as a hitter.

Funny the different attitudes there are about guys being asked to play multiple positions. Some think it's of huge benefit to the team, others hate seeing guys being "jerked around" - especially young players. If all our big 3 prospects end up playing different positions from what they played coming up, that'd really be...different.

"Force" is a tricky word in this context.
  17. Bellhorn04
You said "Playing the worst defense at your position is not being a good teammate". Much the same thing. You did add an LOL at the end.
  18. Bellhorn04
    As did Cabrera.
  19. Bellhorn04
Hand on a second. What has Breslow said or done to suggest anything like that?
  20. Bellhorn04
Not sure why you're questioning this. Cora confirmed it when he made his comments about the promises coming from previous management.

So apparently the 'Raffy is pouting' thing in spring was real after all, huh?
  22. Bellhorn04
In Bello's 4 starts, the Sox are 4-0 with 32 runs scored and 7 allowed.
  23. Bellhorn04
Damn, we've gone from one Devers controversy to another.
  24. Bellhorn04
The last few years the Red Sox seem to have been paying too much attention to another of the Greek philosophers, one of the lesser-known ones: Mediocrates. 😉

Sorry to hear this, moon. I lost my mother in 1995 and my dad in 2006.
