Looking to Odor to provide a spark is not a good sign. On a positive note, Bruce went 1 for 3 last night to raise his average to .133. I'm starting to wonder if Cash has lost his marbles.

No doubt the Metrodome had design issues. Doesn't mean they couldn't be improved on. The Rogers Center retractable roof works pretty good.

I'll tell you the truth. I read their game threads and general threads on the team, mostly when they're losing. It's great entertainment. Some of the posters are quite funny and sardonic, just like people here. Not once have I ever trash talked them though. As an added bonus, they have political threads there that manage to stay semi-civilized.

I find that I post less in general when the Sox are going well. It's like you just to want to ride the wave while it lasts and not even talk about it.

1 average inning = 15-18 pitches. Most relievers can pitch 1 inning 2 or 3 days in a row. Pitching 2 innings requires at least one day off afterward. I think the way it's down now is pretty scientific and planned out over the whole season for a limit of X number of innings.

It's such a long season. I've been taking my shots at the Yankees while I've had the chance, but I also realize they could get hot all of a sudden.

Well, maybe they also hoped to get a look at both Brice and Valdez in real MLB games to see where they're at. I'm sure they took a lot more into consideration than we do.
